State Library Tape Donation
I've been looking for a good home for the 100 plus audio tapes that I recorded all of the interviews that went into Merric Boyd and Murrumbeena. For this reason, I recently approached the State Library of Victoria, and they want to take them all. They want them for the Boyd story they tell, and also for the social history they contain. In the next month or two, I’ll get the tapes labelled properly and into shape to donate. As I move on in time, I want to find good homes for my 'stuff'. I am so pleased the library wants these tapes. There's no better place for them to land.
A Murrumbeena Scrapbook Reprint
A Murrumbeena Scrapbook has sold out.
500 copies in four odd months.
I've done a reprint of 300 copies, and that will be the end of it.
To all of you who bought a copy,
Thank-You.
